Refund policy

At Live Sunglasses, we want you to love your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including case, box, and authenticity cards).
• We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

1. Email support@livesunglasses.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different color or style are accepted within 14 days if the product is available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no cost.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
