How will my items be shipped?

It all depends on the products selected, we have 2 shipping locations in Florida and your order will be shipped with one of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx or DHL.

How do you Calculate the Shipping Price?

We offer Free Shipping for all US orders! your order will be shipped with USPS First Class. For express and international orders shipping fees are calculated by the carrier , taking into consideration carrier shipping costs based on, number of items, packaging, warehousing, insurance, parcel weight, size, and shipping distance. 

When will my order ship?

Most items will ship within 2-3 business days. This is the approximate time an item takes to leave the warehouse after the order is placed and processed. We try to ship all orders fast and we provide you with a tracking number as soon as we ship.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Transit times range from 1 – 8 business days for USA orders. This is the estimated time it takes the carrier to deliver the item. This time period depends on what part of the country the item is being shipped from and to. After your order is processed, you can log in to your store account at any time and check the order status of your shipment. For International orders it can take anywhere from 4-12 business days. We can ship your order marked as a gift with a low value in order to avoid/minimize any customs fees in your country, however we cannot guarantee this because every country has different regulations. If for ay reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30 day return policy.
Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging with all items that were shipped.

We would greatly appreciate it if customers could accompany their returns with details of the problem and whether you require a refund or exchange. Do not damage the product or the packaging. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the product, LIVE reserves the right to refund you in full less compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss if we cannot repair. For correctly supplied items return shipping costs are not refunded.
